This post is all about the best Easter basket ideas for toddlers – specifically for 1 year old to 4 years old (although you’ll find some useful ideas for older kids, too).
You’ll find a ton of great ideas that will make their basket from the easter bunny filled with sweet surprises on Easter morning PLUS lots of things that are useful! I love making gifts for holidays both fun AND helpful.
Share this post with family members, friends, etc who might need some great ideas for what to get your child for gift this Easter season!
It is helpful to start with the basket itself, so you know how much space you have before you start buying easter basket fillers. They come in a ton of different bright colors and different shapes so pick out whatever you think your child will like the best. They will love having their own basket.
I’ve found these for super cheap at my local thrift store as well! This can be an easy place to save a little money. You can easily find them on Amazon in different aesthetics, too.
Another idea is to buy baskets that will work with your home decor or the decor in your child’s bedroom so you can repurpose them as a storage solution once Easter is over! There are tons of beautiful options that will work with any style of home decor.
Plan to pick up some plastic easter eggs, too – they are perfect for filling with sweet treats and small trinkets that are perfect for little hands. I know my toddler loves any little knick knack that she can carry around in her pocket or bag! I’m looking forward to her mixing, matching, and playing with the plastic eggs after Easter. They will keep her busy for a few days! (mom win!)
